ABOUT ME
I've been a word nerd as long as I can recall. Probably well before I took my baby briefcase to kindergarten.

I spent 20 years in the English classroom, teaching seniors in high school all about life via the written word. We studied the greats: Milton, Shakespeare, Morrison, Dickens. I loved almost every second of it.

Stories are powerful things. They can take on a life of their own. Sometimes they propel us to great achievements; other times, they hold us back from being who we were made to be. Always, they can be coaxed into the light so that we can dust them off, see what they have to teach us, and then set them free.

I call that StoryFinding.
And now that I retired my red pen and picked up the paintbrush, it's more fun than ever.
